There is a natural right, which is reserved by sovereign Supreme Being Ahayah to all lawful, biblical and spiritual Ndongo, Matamba etc Hebrew Israelites, and which cannot be given to any Republic or world government, and no Republic or world Government can take it away.

If for any cause the any Republic nation so formed should become inimical to the lawful, biblical, spiritual, natural and fundamental rights and interest of Supreme Being Ahayah's lawful, biblical and spiritual Ndongo and Matamba Hebrew Israelites peoples, instead of affording protection to their natural persons and property, and securing the lawful, biblical, spiritual, natural and fundamental happiness and prosperity, to attain which it was established, it is the natural right of the lawful, biblical and spiritual Ndongo and Matamba Hebrew Israelites to reestablish their lawful, biblical and spiritual Ndongo and Matamba Hebrew Israelite Kingdom according to prophecy regardless of any Republic's Constitution.
 
For be it borne in mind, the Constitution to any Republic is an agreement made by the Republic. The Head of State, whose duties, functions and powers are conscribed by convention, it is to be just such a lawful, constitutional and international government, as it prescribes after 2019; that when it recognizes its biblical, spiritual, natural and fundamental  obligation to the spiritual Ndongo and Matamba  Hebrew Israelites, dual National Republics natural and fundamental right to exist, it must protect those lawful, biblical and spiritual Ndongo and Matamba Hebrew Israelite, dual Republic National Republic in the enjoyment of that natural and fundamental right, and when it imposes a reciprocal duty upon a portion of lawful, biblical and spiritual Hebrew Israelites, the performance of that duty it will have enforced.

We are including but not limited to gathering, declaring and demanding the return of our true Sovereign Hebrew Israelite nationality and identity according to prophecy.

"And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not." Jeremiah 17:4 (KJV).

We are demanding our  (SILVER and GOLD) reparations owed to us, and stolen from our Most High creator's Holy Temple that were taken when we were also taken into captivity/slavery by slave-ships during the "Trans Atlantic Slave Trade" to Jamestown Virginia in 1619  according to prophecy and history. We are demanding reparations in GOLD (NOT federal reserve notes) according to their law.

"And the Most High shall bring thee into Egypt (BONDAGE) again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen." Deuteronomy 28:68 (KJV)

Those of the Most High's people that have been convicted under man made "Roman Civil Law" of victim-less crimes are to be set free as commanded and according to prophecy

"The Spirit of the Most High Ahayah is upon me; because the Most High hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Most High, and the day of vengeance of our Ahayah; to comfort all that mourn." From 1619 to 2019, are sooner will equal four hundred (400) years of of bondage for the true Hebrew Israelites. We shall with our SILVER and GOLD, exodus for the second time back to our own land by plane and or by boat with great substance according to prophecy.

Isaiah 60:8-9 "Who are these that "FLY" as a "CLOUD", and as the "DOVES" to their (LAND) windows? 9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the "SHIP" of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their "SILVER" and their "GOLD" with them, unto the name of the Most High thy Ahayah, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee." THE SPIRITUAL, LAWFUL AND SOVEREIGN HEBREW ISRAELITE DECLARATION, ID'S and CAR TAG PROCESSES IS FOR PROTECTION FOR THOSE SO CALLED BLACKS, AFRICAN AMERICANS ETC THAT HAVE AWAKEN TO THEIR TRUE NATIONALITY AND IDENTITY IN MANY WAYS TO NAME A FEW: 

1. The Spiritual, Lawful and Sovereign Hebrew Israelite Declaration, ID and Car tag processes allow you to travel (not drive) in your "PRIVATE; NON-COMMERCIAL; NOT—FOR-HIRE AUTOMOBILE HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS" without any compelled government privileges (licenses, registration, insurance etc) according to but not limited to the First, Fourth, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution .

“The  Supreme  Court,  in  Arthur  v.  Morgan,  112  U.S  .  495,  5  S.Ct.  241,  28  L.Ed.  825,  held  that  carriages  were  properly  classified  as  household  effects,  and  we  see  no  reason  that  automobiles  shorfld  not  be  similarly  disposed  of  .”  Hillhouse  v  United  States,  152  F.  163,  164  (2nd  Cir.  1907).  “A  soldier's  personal  automobile  is  part  of  his  “household  goods[.]”  US.  v  Bomar,  gA.tA.5(Tex.),  8  F.3d  226,  235”  19A  Words  and  Phrases  -  Pemranent  Edition  (West)  pocket  part 

“In  view  of  this  rule  a  statutory  provision  that  the  supervising  officials  “may”  exempt  such  persons  when  the  transportation  is  not  on  a  commercial  basis  means  that  they  “must  ”  exempt  them.  ”  —-  State  v.  Johnson,  243  P.  1073;  60  C.J.S.  section  94,  page  581.

2. Those so called Blacks, African Americans, etc that awake and go through the Spiritual, Lawful and Sovereign Hebrew Israelite Declaration, ID and Car tag processes will receive Hebrew Israelite common law names and will not have to go to court to change it. They shall only deal with their slave European birth given names for business purposes only.

"In re McUlta (1911), 189 F. 250, 26 A.B.R. 480, the ruling states that even if a civil court is granted permission, by statute, to change a name by petition and decree, this does “not change the common law rule that a man/woman may lawfully change his/her name at will and will be bound by any contract into which he/she enters under his/her adopted or reputed name, and that he may sue and be sued in that name.” So, explicitly, we can understand that a common law name change carries the same legal weight as a court decreed name change."

Absent a criminal or fraudulent purpose, an adult can “legally and properly change his or her name at will and without need of judicial approval simply by using the desired name in ordinary life.” D.R.S. v. R.S.H., 412 N.E.2d 1257, 1262 (In. Ct. App. 1980), Secretary of the Commonwealth v. City Clerk, 373 Mass. 178, ___, 366 N.E.2d 717, 721 (1977); Stuart v. Board of Supervisors of Elections, 266 Md. 440, 446-47, 295 A.2d 223, 226-27 (1972); Piotrowski v. Piotrowski, 71 Mich.App. 213, 215-16, 247 N.W.2d 354, 355 (1976); Moskowitz v. Moskowitz, N.H. 385 A.2d 120, 122 (1978); Dunn v. Palermo, 522 S.W.2d 679, 682-83 *79 (Tenn.1975); Kruzel v. Podell, 67 Wis.2d 138, 151, 226 N.W.2d 458, 463-64 (1975).

Just because So called Blacks, African Americans, etc correct their names to their Spiritual and Biblical Hebrew names, does not mean they abandon or give imply intent to set aside their birth name, the identity associated with that name or give consent to be sued under their Hebrew or their birth name. See Abdul-Jabbar v. General Motors Corporation, 85 F.3rd 407 (9th Cir. 1996).

     THE FIRST, FOURTH, FIFTH AND FOURTEENTH AMENDMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS!

The  First  Amendment  to  the  United  States  Constitution  “prohibits  the  making  of  any  law  respecting  an  establishment  of  religion,  ensuring  that  there  is  no  prohibition  on  the  free  exercise  of  religion,  abridging  the  freedom  of  speech,  infringing  on  the  freedom  of  the  press,  interfering  with  the  right  to  peaceably  assemble,  or  prohibiting  the  petitioning  for  a  governmental  redress  of  grievances...” 

The  Fourth  Amendment  to  the  United  States  Constitution  provides  that  "[t]he  right  of  the  people  to  be  secure  in  their  persons,  houses,  papers,  and  effects,  against  unreasonable  searches  and  seizures,  shall  not  be  violated,  and  no  Warrants  shall  issue,  but  upon  probable  cause,  supported  by  Oath  or  affirmation,  and  particularly  describing  the  place  to  be  searched,  and  the  persons  or  things  to  be  seized.“

The  Fifth  Amendment  to  the  United  States  Constitution  provides  that No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The  Fourteenth  Amendment  to  the  United  States  Constitution  provides  that  “No  State  shall   deprive  any  person  of  life,  liberty,  or  property,  without  due  process  of  law;  nor  deny  to  any  person  within  its  jurisdiction  the  equal  protection  of  the  laws."

SUSPECT CLASSIFICATION
A class of individuals that have been historically subject to discrimination. Any statute that makes a distinction between individuals based on any of the suspect classifications (ie. alienage, race or or national origin) will be subject to a strict scrutiny standard of review before the Supreme Court.
